Shipping policy

Where we ship:

 Innertech ships to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping rates: Standard shipping is free on orders of $20 or more, and $8 on orders under $20.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time: Our products ship from our fulfillment partners’ warehouses, most of which are located outside the United States.

 Typical delivery time is 7-18 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Order tracking: We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at shop@innertech.store or +1 205-306-7463 with your order number and we’ll send a replacement or a refund.
